We’re looking to hire an experienced and energetic Team Leader for a reputed company in the Telecom industry. The Ideal Candidate should be well experienced in Telecom having.
· Minimum 2+ years of strategic sales experience in Telecom
· Proven Sales Team Lead / Supervisor experience in telesales.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Graduation preferred.
Salary: Experience based + Competitive Commission Packages
Working days: 6 days per week (Friday off)
Working hours: 10 am – 7 pm
Work Location: Karachi
