Position: Assistant Manager HR Karachi
We are looking for Assistant Manager HR
Responsibilities:
- Handle factory recruitment (workers, staff, supervisors).
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, and overtime.
- Maintain complete HR documentation (employee files, contracts, letters, records)
- Look after internal factory HR matters and employee coordination.
- Handle discipline, leaves, and daily HR issues.
- Prepare HR reports and support factory management
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (HR or related field preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of factory HR experience.
