WE ARE HIRING Assistant Manager – BMS/ELV & Automation
We are seeking a skilled and technically strong Assistant Manager – BMS/ELV & Automation to lead and support the design, implementation, integration, and commissioning of smart building, Building Management System (BMS), ELV, automation, and energy management solutions for commercial, industrial, and data center projects.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in BMS, ELV, building automation, industrial automation, or related systems.
Prerequisites:
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS, ELV, building automation, and smart building systems.
- Good understanding of HVAC controls, energy management, remote monitoring, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of IoT, cloud platforms, Linux, Docker, Python, and Jenkins will be an advantage.
- Understanding of data center automation and energy optimization solutions.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and system integration, including BACnet, Modbus, and other building/industrial automation protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement BMS, ELV, automation, and smart building solutions according to project requirements.
- Lead the integration of HVAC, energy management, IoT, monitoring, and automation systems.
- Support the development and implementation of data center automation and energy optimization solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Review technical requirements, drawings, specifications, and system architecture for BMS/ELV and automation projects.
- Manage system integration between BMS, HVAC, energy meters, IoT devices, and other building systems.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of automation and BMS projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, system architecture, and project-related deliverables.
- Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
