Production Supervisor
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to work requirement.
Skills & Experience required: Experience: +5 years in Supervisory role (Preferable Industry: Ceramic, Cement or Construction) Education: Minimum FA, Preferably Graduation/B.com
Job Description: • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Production and working Labour on plant. • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project execution. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing health and safety regulations. • Coordinate with managers, contractors, and suppliers as needed. • Ensure tools and materials are used correctly and maintained properly, daily progress report. • Train new workers and provide guidance to improve team productivity.
