Location: Karachi
Position: Assistant Manager of Administration
Experience Required: 2–3 years
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Lead and train administrative staff
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
✔ Leadership and communication skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
✔ Strong organizational & time management skills
✔ Detail-oriented and solutions-driven
