📢 WE’RE HIRING | Operations Engineer – OFC
Organization: One Network
Location: HQ, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise OFC installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance activities.
*Ensure timely identification and resolution of fiber faults.
*Monitor field teams and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
*Maintain network documentation, reports, and site records.
*Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and project timelines.
*Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidate must have BS Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or a relevant discipline.
3–5 years of experience in OFC / fiber network operations.
Hands-on knowledge of fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong supervisory, coordination, and reporting skills.
