Olive Digital Pvt Ltd Jobs Sales and Support Executive:
Olive Digital is looking for a Sales and Support Executive to join our Sales Team in Lahore office.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain and develop existing client’s relations by understanding their business and devising a strategy as to what they might need to further enhance their business digitally.
· Using all tools to convince clients for new products and services including emails, phone calls and upsell materials.
· Updating clients of existing promotional offers.
· Also, conducting marketing research and introducing new products or services that customers may be interested in and would open doors to more avenues for the company.
· Researches, drafts proposals for clients, follow-up and assure client converts for further products
· Open projects on the utility and manage them along with support agents from design to UI and final execution.
· Handling client concerns on the way and assuring client is 100% satisfied with his project
· Get reviews on their clients on trustpilot and other similar sites.
Professional Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduation degree in relevant field.
Experience: 1-2 years
