We Are HIRING Engineering Store Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated and accurate inventory records for engineering spare parts, chemicals, fleet, general items and visi coolers.
- Perform regular stock checks and physical verifications.
- Lead monthly stock-taking activities.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when necessary.
- Ensure inventory is managed using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), as applicable.
- Receive materials and inspect them for quantity, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Record daily entries for received and issued items after verification in the system.
- Ensure proper bins allocation physically and in the system.
- Issue materials based on departmental requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage obsolete, slow-moving, or expired materials appropriately.
- Handle vendor returns and inter-company material transfers in a timely manner with accurate recordkeeping.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2-3 years of experience in the Beverages or FMCG industry.
