Job Description
- Handle overall import process and resolve queries as and when required
- Coordinate with the site team to efficiently select the vendor, initiate contract, and negotiate as per requirements
- Comprehend requirements and significance of procured parts
- Liaise with the finance and import team to expedite the delivery process and ensure the quality of the materials procured accordingly
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis and evaluate suppliers’ performance
- Visit suppliers, markets, and sites on a regular basis
Person Specifications
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience preferably in the textile sector
- BBA/B.Com/MBA
- In-depth working knowledge of supply chain processes
