Netkom Technologies Looking “Fleet In-Charge” for South (Karachi) Region Pakistan,
Qualification: BA/BSC/BBA/MBA, having 2 to 3 years experience of Managing Company and Rental Fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Company and Rental driver’s on various routes
- Develop contacts with Vendors & dealerships, sign SLAs and ensure maintenance of Company vehicles from approved dealerships.
- Reconcile monthly payments through work orders and process for payments.
- Submit monthly expense reports.
- Maintain & update vehicles reports after daily inspection of vehicles.
- Maintain a schedule of preventive and routine repair and maintenance.
- Maintain a record of annual token tax renewals of vehicles.
- Supervise drivers in maintaining daily logs of vehicles and daily fueling of vehicles.
- Prepare monthly reports like Fuel consumption reports, Travel records as per logbook, Repair & maintenance reports, and record of newly purchased vehicles.
Required skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Great knowledge of vehicles
- Great organizational skills
- Incredible time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
