We Are Hiring – L1 Engineers (Islamabad)
Netkom Communications Technologies is looking for experienced RF Engineers to support long-term Huawei projects in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data collection and drive tests (SSV and cluster sites)
- Analyze network performance and resolve coverage or quality issues
- Use RF tools such as Genex Assistant, TEMS Discovery, and MapInfo
- Collaborate with teams to achieve network quality targets
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of radio propagation and cellular communication
- Hands-on experience with RF tools (Genex, TEMS, MapInfo)
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset
