Netcom Technologies is seeking to hire multiple RF Level 2 resources for its Islamabad (Pakistan) office.
Position: RF Level 2 OSS KPI Optimization Engineers
Total Positions: Multiple
Location: Islamabad
Project Duration: Long Term
Optimization Experience: 8 Years (Huawei Experience must)
Technology: 2G/3G/LTE/5G
Expertise Requirement:
In-depth analysis of KPIs
Network Optimization, call drop optimization, handover optimization, interference optimization, data service optimization, and provide feasible optimization suggestions.
Have the technical management capability for large-scale network planning and optimization projects.
Hands-on experience to perform network optimization and fine parametric tuning for 2G/3G/4G/5G networks to achieve KPIs thresholds.
Hands-on experience to analyze logs and troubleshoot RF issues, recommend and implement changes to improve coverage, capacity, and quality.
Coordinate with planning and implementation teams to optimize processes. Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Support new technology rollouts and parameter tuning.
Proficiency with RF tools like PRS, U2020, Omstar, and Genex Assistant.
Good communication and proposal writing skills.
