Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities, maintain calendars & draft documents.
- Handling inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office supplies, prepare reports and organize files.
- Arrange meetings for Directors.
Skills:
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong Analytical ability
- Knowledge of business process & functions
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent Organizational & Leadership skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferable)
