National Clearing Company Pakistan Limited NCCPL Jobs Database Administrator Senior Officer:
NCCPL is looking for Database Administrator – Senior Officer.
REQUISITES:
Education: BS (CS) or equivalent from HEC Recognized Institution
Preferred Certification: Oracle Database Administration
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience
Duties & Responsibilities
*Manage Oracle 19c databases with Oracle Data Guard implementation.
*Manage Oracle RAC database running on 19c
*Manage database configuration changes and handle related issues.
*Analyze the runtime issues, queries optimization through Explained Plan and resolve in timely manner.
*Monitoring of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL databases.
*Management of Primary, hot standby and database setups.
Other Competencies:
*Knowledge of SQL server, PostgreSQL and MySQL will be given preference.
*Hands-on on Linux based operating systems as database host.
*Knowledge of PL/SQL will be given an edge.
*Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Location: Karachi
