The individuals who fulfill the below basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
Position 01: Senior Project Manager – Enterprise PMO
Reporting to: Wing Head – Enterprise PMO
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certification, like Project Management Professional (PMP), will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, out of which at least 03 years must be in a managerial role, preferably in the banking industry.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels, including executives, management, and peers.
- Strong understanding of computing architectures, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in banking business processes, digital banking, and FinTech.
- Proficiency with business tools, regulatory compliance, and Project Management frameworks.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, risk management, and scheduling.
- Ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Foster effective communication among cross-functional teams.
- Assess and optimize project processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise project progress, resolve issues, and ensure project transparency.
- Manage project scope and ensure collaboration across teams.
- Lead project reporting, including risks, progress, and issues, to stakeholders and supervisors.

Position 02: Associate – Governance & Audit Coordination (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head – Governance & Audit Coordination
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an international university/college or HEC-recognized university.
- Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Commerce and relevant IT certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of banking IT policies and industry compliance.
- Good knowledge of risk management and IT governance.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and industry standards.
- Assist in audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain documentation for IT policies and governance frameworks.
- Support risk management initiatives.
- Conduct compliance reviews and track audit findings.
Place of Posting: Karachi
Position 03: IT Specialist – PAPT Engineer (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Unit Head – Security Operations
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Candidates having Cyber Security certifications (CEH, CTI, GCIA, etc.) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Threat Intelligence Frameworks, MITRE ATT&CK, and Indicators of Compromise (IoC) Analysis.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Strong analytical skills and threat intelligence knowledge.
- Ability to assess and mitigate security threats.
- Good communication skills and ability to monitor cybersecurity trends.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Threat Intelligence reports and security risk assessments.
- Analyze and report on emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Utilize Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP) and cybersecurity tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security monitoring frameworks.
Place of Posting: Karachi / Islamabad
Position 04: NOC Support Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Wing Head – Command & Control Center
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Candidates having certifications in Network Administration or ITIL will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network support and operations.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Strong troubleshooting skills for IT systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of IT monitoring tools and network infrastructure.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT network and infrastructure for performance issues.
- Troubleshoot IT system problems and coordinate with support teams.
- Ensure network uptime and security compliance.
- Maintain system documentation and provide reports.
Place of Posting: Karachi / Islamabad
Assessment / Selection Criteria:

- The employment will be on contractual basis, with a renewable term based on performance and bank requirements.
