Nagaria Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Officer – Import & Export
We are looking for a dynamic experienced individual to join our team with strong expertise in import & Export Department within the textile industry and look after end-to-end production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Import & Export team in daily shipment and documentation tasks.
- Learn the complete import and export process in a textile manufacturing setup.
- Coordinate with clearing agents for document delivery and status updates.
- Assist in preparing draft export documents including, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping instructions.
- Maintain export shipment trackers and update shipment status.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for basic updates under supervision.
- Learn basics of Form-E, HS Codes, and trade compliance requirements.
- Support team during internal or external audits by arranging documents.
- Textile raw material imports (yarn, chemicals, machinery parts).
- LC-based documentation and bank submission procedures.
- Coordination with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and inspection companies.
Requirement:
- Bachelors in Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge of Pakistan’s import/export regulations and customs processes.
- Skills of using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
