Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an Audit Officer for its Head Office Karachi.
Job Summary:
The Job holder is responsible to carryout Audits of different Locations throughout the Country according to the approved work programs & plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counting of 100 Stocks at the Warehouses, and their reconciliation with the records
• Random checking of Stocks related documents
• Counting of 100 Cash & equivalents, and their reconciliation with the records
• Random Checking of Cash & Bank related documents
• Counting of 100 Fixed Assets as per quantity, condition, and usability etc.
• Verification of 100 Credit in the market
• Random Checking of Regulatory compliance
• Random Checking of Schemes Bonuses & Discounts
• Random Checking of Vouchers Expenses and other Payments
• Market Surveys by filling standard Market Survey Forms
• Pre- Audit of Sales Incentives
Qualification:
• Bachelors/ Commerce Graduate
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in audit
Experience Required:
Nationwide Travelling every month for 15Days
Candidate is required to have audit and accounts knowledge
Candidate must know how to handle stocks, cash & other equivalents and their reconciliation with their records.
