Team Leader Operations (2 Openings) Karachi
The Team Leader is responsible for timely management of Shipment delivery and pickups maintaining the compliance requirements by using Operational Controls and checks in his supervision.
Required Skills:
Ensures the Supervision of following:
• Timely pickups & deliveries of shipments
• Strict compliance of Standard Operating procedures in all operational activities
• Coordination with Security Department for ensuring Strict security of Operations Room and places where material is being handled
• Receiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound material
• Immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution
• Coordination with Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customers’ complaints
• Better understanding & coordination with sales department for providing customized service to our clients
• Imparts on the job training & coaching to couriers and other operations staff
• Coordination with Admin Department for ensuring Personal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their availability of courier kit
• Attendance punctuality staff aetimely departure of couriers for deliveries
Qualification Min Bachelors
Experience Min 4-5 years in Courier Operations
Age Up to 40 Years
