Looking for Software Support Executive (Lahore) at Muller & Phipps Express Logistics.
- This position is responsible for providing software support to the M-Raabta system.
- Knowledge of Retail network software’s and should have first hand experience in providingCOD Business Support.
- Responsible for new COD Account portal
- Coordinate with Sales& Customer Services for training on COD Portal and on API
- Visit COD Customers with Sales and Operations to gather technical requirements and provide onsite COD Support
- Suggest improvements in M-Raabta COD Reports
- Portal Training to customers, local teams and Operations staff
- Coordinate with Sales team and customers and get feedback on portal performance
- Identify system bugs and provide solution after coordinating with IT
- Gather and analyze new requirements and coordinate with IT
- Maintain and prepare documentation
