Vice President Operations!
Job Description:
Oversees the operations of multiple medical billing services, which may encompass medical coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and/or reimbursement management
Reviews and interprets operational data to assess need for procedural revisions and enhancements; participates in the design and implementation of specific systems to enhance revenue and operating efficiency
Ensures that the activities of the billing operations teams within the group are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department protocol, and in compliance with all applicable laws
Assesses and responds to current and future internal and external healthcare trends in order to establish and ensure the necessary direction for revenue cycle activities
Required Skills & Abilities:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a well-reputed local/foreign university
Overall 10 years of experience including 05 years in a senior management position
Experience in healthcare IT industry will be a plus.
Solid understanding of healthcare IT industry, clinical applications and how they integrate or relate to operations will be a plus
Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint,Word
Strong English communication skills
