Job Brief:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer Hardware.
· Replacing Hardware parts as required.
· Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
· Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with system password issues.
· Participate in testing and evaluating new technology
· Conducting electrical safety checks of computer equipment
· Assist to install all hardware, and systems provide required upgrades.
· Ensure utilization of all computer tools efficiently.
· Ensure compliance to all organization guidelines.
· Prepare reports for all repair activities.
· Responsible for dispatching Computer/ IT equipment to remote location
· Provide M-Raabta software support/ Express Center Software Support
