We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh.
CD Plant Incharge
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Control cooking chemicals & yield, shives count, kappa number, and furnish hand-sheet formation to meet required specifications for screen accept and its physical-property targets.
- Measure and monitor physical properties, take corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize and control refiner loading, manage service life of consumables, and ensure efficient operation.
- Conduct plant visits covering straw reception through pulping and refining lines, perform in-process inspections, and provide feedback in shift reports.
Candidate must have an Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.

CTMP Refining Line Supervisor
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage and optimize strength properties of Refiner feed/accept and screen feed/accept.
- Controlling Refiner load & working to improve service of consumables.
- Exestuation of Electrical and maintenance jobs in shifts, Hob’s creation in SAP.
- Implement resource-saving initiatives for fresh water, electricity, and compressed air.
- Conduct plant visits and process inspections from Straw to CTMP.

- Ensure a safe & clean working environment, adhering to organizational standards.
Candidate must have a Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.
