Location: Mirpurkhas, Sindh (Sugar Division)
Position: AGM Electrical & Instrument
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the operation of all electrical & instrumentation systems to ensure the plant runs smoothly and without interruptions.
- Provide direction and guidance to team members for checking and maintaining electrical & instrument equipment.
- Implement effective maintenance and commissioning strategies to reduce equipment downtime.
- Lead testing and commissioning of electrical & instrument equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Enhance staff capabilities through training on electrical safety, rules, regulations, and environmental aspects/impacts compliance.
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- ME/BE/B. Tech Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of related experience, including 4-5 years of leadership role.
- Experience in the Sugar Industry will be preferred.
