We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Sugar Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh.
Assistant Juice Chemist (Juice Foreman)
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitor juice heating, regulate lime and flocculant dosing for better clarification, to ensure proper temperature and PH levels.
- Monitor efficient mud separation and clear juice clarity.
- Operate evaporator station for good syrup brix and steam saving.
- Coordination with maintenance department for mechanical or process issues.
- Prepare shift reports and handover notes for the next shift foreman.
- Supervise and assign duties to juice house operators, helpers, and cleaners.
- Ensure safe working practices around hot juice, chemicals, and moving machinery.
- Monitor and minimize juice losses and chemical consumption.
Candidate must have Matric with minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Sugar Industry. Local candidates will be preferred.
