We are looking for HR Business Partner Based in Karachi
Qualifications
- 5-6 years (Post Qualification) experience in FMCG, retail or similar fast-paced environments
- Masters or equivalent HEC recognized degree in HRM

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employee lifecycle, and labor laws in Pakistan.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- To assist in achieving departmental objectives through; Collaborating with functional leaders to identify HR priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the right talent is hired across functions.
- Implement and monitor performance management processes, employee engagement activities, and development programs. Advising managers on HR policies, best practices, and employee relations.
- Support organizational change initiatives and HR project rollouts.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee experience through internal and external channels to attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to inform decisions and improve HR effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
