Position Overview
The Recruitment Executive plays a pivotal role in talent acquisition for the organization. They are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the company. This role demands a combination of strong interpersonal skills, keen judgment, and a deep understanding of the company’s culture and hiring requirements. The Recruitment Executive works closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Position: “Recruitment Executive”
Qualifications & Skills:
A Masters degree (16 years of education min) in Human Resources Management.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, identify, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to drive continuous improvement.
