Position: Marketing Store Officer – Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations for marketing materials, samples, POS displays and promotional stock.
- Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments; ensure accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Issue materials to marketing and sales teams as requested and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely procurement, dispatch and returns.
- Ensure safe storage, labeling and proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss due to any reason.
- Support setup and packing for events, exhibitions and in-store activations when required.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in store/warehouse management, preferably supporting marketing or retail operations.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu
