Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors preferably Master’s HEC recognized degree
Knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with attendance software and HRMS.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To assist in achieving departmental objectives through:
- Verifying how many hours employees have worked.
- Processing attendance and leaves.
- Recording payroll data in the company’s software system.
- Calculating overtime and salary increases.
- Answering employee questions and complaints about payroll.
- Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
