Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare? MMI Hospital is seeking a Sales Manager to support our sales team in increasing patient admissions and enhancing hospital revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, doctors, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Manage partnerships with medical practitioners through referral programs and promotions.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the marketing team to align strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and present sales reports with insights for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduate Degree
- Preferred: MBA (Marketing)
- Relevant Marketing Certifications or Diploma is a plus.
