LOCATION:Lahore / Karachi
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in Service Quality (Preferably in Bank and in a role involving data analysis)
- Ensure timely development of Internal Service Measures.
- Ensure and support Head Service Quality in devising conduct assessment framework (CAF) in reference to Grievance Handling.
- Ensure effective implementation of FTC within the bank.
- Ensure the stability and consistency in the service level by managing and tracking the service performance of service partners as per Service legal Agreements.
- Ensure continuous efforts to improve the service delivery channels so that the efficiency and effectiveness can be maximized.
- Ensure process improvements on the required areas and develop new process, where the documented process is not present.
- Must have strong MIS management skills/dashboard reporting and have hands-on experience/expertise in data analytics.
- Coordination and managing Customer Satisfaction Survey and Mystery Shopping Program both External and Internal
