𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
BS Honors/Master’s in Business is preferred from a reputable university.
Strong academic background with no “C” grade throughout the educational career.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in regulatory reviews.
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate situations, resolve disputes, and manage conflicts.
- Proactive and resourceful in suggesting process improvements.
- Ability to blend effectively with the organizational culture.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
➡️ Conduct reviews of policies, programs, manuals, products, and processes in light of SBP regulations, consultative bodies, AAOIFI standards, and internal policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
➡️ Provide opinions on queries from various groups, analyze replies, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
➡️ Review due diligence documents for correspondent banks (CBs) and exchange companies, ensuring compliance with international standards like FATF, Wolfsburg, and SBP regulations.
➡️ Perform annual due diligence on existing CBs/MSBs to mitigate cross-border risks.
➡️ Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns by liaising with internal stakeholders and addressing delays.
➡️ Carry out additional assignments/tasks as assigned by the department head.
