We are seeking a senior IT professional with significant experience in system administration across various platforms. The candidate will manage our IT infrastructure, focusing on operating systems, email gateways, proxy servr ers, SQL databases, Linux, cloud solutions, and SharePoint administration.

- At least 7+ years of relevant experience of managing enterprise environments
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in IT operations
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Oversee multi-platform OS environments (Windows, Linux, Solaris).
- Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Group Policies.
- Administer enterprise email systems, including Exchange and Office 365
- Evaluate cloud outsourcing options (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and familiar with SBP cloud framework.
- Administer SQL servers, optimizing performance, backup, recovery, and security.
- Collaborate with development to enhance database queries and application performance.
- Manage SharePoint environments, focusing on site collections, permissions, and workflows and work with business units to improve SharePoint functionality.
- Monitor system performance across all servers and ensure optimal operation.
- Perform regular updates and patch management.
- Maintain system documentation and security practices.
- Conduct security hardening for server OS in production and staging.
- Ensure consistent security and application deployments across platforms.
- Generate reports on performance, security audits, and incidents.
- Manage user accounts and security permissions per policy.
- Lead systems administration team and coordinate with departments.
- Mentor team members and support escalated help desk requests.
- Foster collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
- Expert in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
- Proficient in Microsoft Server Admin & User Account Management.
- Experienced in SQL Server and SharePoint administration.
- Familiar Hyper-V, VMware
- Skilled in major deployment and migration projects (e.g., Exchange, SQL).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing.
- Familiar with XDR and EDR.
- Expertise in managing enterprise endpoint solutions.
- Experience with Cisco ESA/WSA, MS EOP administration.
- Proficient in PowerShell, AD Audit
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar ITIL, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST.

Relationship Manager – Trade

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
MS Finance/MBA Finance/M.Com/ACCA from HEC recognized universities will be given preference.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
- Market new clients and develop trade portfolios.
- Process and monitor trade finance transactions, including LCs, Bank Guarantees, Bills for collection, and import/export documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations (UCP & ICC guidelines).
- Assist clients with trade-related queries and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer guidance on trade finance products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Verify and process trade documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of trade transactions as per audit and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to AML and KYC policies in trade operations.
