A bachelorโs degree from a university recognized by HEC. A postgraduate degree/MBA is preferred.

Familiarity with fundamental financial concepts, banking principles, operational regulations, and risk management is essential. Knowledge of Islamic banking products and services is a plus.

5 years in the banking sector, including at least 1 year in a managerial role in branch banking.

โค Achieve the Islamic banking branchโs multi-dimensional growth targets (deposits, advances & profit and Trade Finance) by sales maximization through strengthening the existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities, while providing quality service coupled with efficient operational controls to minimize all risks by ensuring strict adherence to KYC/AML, SBP & Internal Policies/Shariโah, Processes and Credit Manual / Circulars. Implements strategies for growth in Deposits and Advances portfolio and other businesses including cross sell.
โค Ensure that all financial targets are met for the Islamic Banking branch and assurance of cost controls and maximization of revenue generation through โgood sellingโ and plugging of revenue leakages in the branch. (CA Deposit, SA Deposit, FCY Deposit, Total Deposit, Finances, Trade, No of NTB Accounts, Dormant Accounts Activation, violation of regulatory requirement in handling of unclaimed deposits).
โค Formalize & implement sales plans to deepen the existing relationships as well as to identify the new opportunities for achievement of Islamic branchโs multidimensional targets (deposits, advances, profit, trade finance, consumer lending, cross sell etc.)
โค Train & motivate all front-end staff to develop their technical & core competencies. Lead them as per sales plan for sales maximization. (Self-training & staff training)
โค Complete adherence to Service Management Program through complaint resolution by continuous review & improvement of processes, practices & resources to ensure that service standards are met for customer retention.
โค Periodical review of operational activities in light of audit reports and contribute to enforce the internal controls in the Islamic branch operations as per the Bank & SBP guidelines (KYC, AML, Business Continuity Plan, etc.) Audit rating
โค Closure of Pending Branch Audit Issues. Pending FCCM Alerts.
โค Efficient interpersonal, communications, and people management skills. Must have good persuasion capabilities. Good relationship management skills.
