Role Overview
To lead and manage national sales operations by ensuring efficient sales administration, distributor support, commercial process execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving service levels, ensuring timely execution of sales processes, and supporting the achievement of organizational sales objectives and KPIs.
- Lead national Sales Operations for the Biscuits & Confectionery divisions.
- Manage operational support for a network of 350+ distributors and 3 sole distributors across Pakistan.
- Coordinate with the Head of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Oversee payroll administration for approximately 750 DSRs.
- Manage distributor claims, trade promotions, incentives, and commercial settlements.
- Ensure timely processing of primary sales orders, invoicing, and sales-related documentation.
- Supervise Sales MIS, reporting, dashboards, performance analysis, and management presentations.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, sales force expenses, and operational costs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Operations team while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Administration, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing large-scale sales operations, distributor networks, sales reporting, budgeting, and commercial support functions.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, advanced MS Excel, Power BI (preferred), and presentation tools.
