Role Overview
AM Costing will be responsible for managing product and export costing, profitability analysis, budgeting, and pricing strategies to support informed business decisions. The incumbent will also support management reporting, forecasting, and audit requirements while ensuring compliance with international trade and export regulations.
- Prepare & present weekly and monthly presentations to the management team covering region-wise, distributor-wise and category-wise results and contribution margins.
- Variance analysis and reporting of budget vs actual for current year & previous years.
- Calculate and analyze costs associated with exporting products, including production, packaging, transportation, customs duties, and taxes.
- Develop accurate pricing models to ensure profitability and competitiveness in global markets.
- Prepare and review export costing sheets, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in export processes.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to evaluate export market trends and pricing.
- Assess business performance metrics related to export operations.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial models for export operations.
- Prepare SKU-level and segment-level profitability analysis to support product portfolio decisions.
- Maintain standard cost cards and update them periodically to reflect changes in input costs, exchange rates, or logistics rates.
- Maintain detailed records of all costing, pricing, and export transactions.
- Support internal and external audits with required data and documentation.
What we’re looking for
- ACMA, CMA, ACCA, CA (Part Qualified) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Costing, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, or Management Accounting, preferably within FMCG or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of product costing, export costing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and variance reporting.

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations for our real estate development business. Will be responsible for financial reporting, project costing, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and compliance across development projects and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in real estate, construction, or property management environments.
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow for real estate development projects and commercial properties.
- Monitor project costing, CAPEX, budget variances, and funding requirements.
- Oversee lease, rental, tenant billing, receivables, contractor/vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory, audit, and financial control requirements.
- Support management with financial planning, feasibility analysis, profitability assessment, and business decision-making.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, tax, and property management teams to ensure efficient financial operations and reporting.
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and reporting processes to support business growth.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and project profitability reports.
- Ensure timely processing and control of contractor, consultant, and utility-related payments.
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration; CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate development, construction, property management, or project-based accounting.
- Strong knowledge of project costing, financial reporting, lease/rental accounting, taxation, and cash flow management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities with a commercially driven mindset.
