Maxim is hiring a Financial Planning Manager for their Lahore office.
Job Description:
- Responsible for preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and monitoring ongoing performance of the business.
- Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
- Provide support to the accounting team and actively involved in month-end closing activities.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis required by business unit heads.
- Partner with the Group Finance Manager for the preparation of feasibility and investment proposals.
Requirements:
- Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum ACCA, MBA (Finance), ACMA, CPA preferred.
- Required Skill Test:
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience in financial modeling.
- Must be proficient in cost and management accounting.
- Candidate should have experience of working in a manufacturing industry coupled with practical working experience in ERP environment (preferably SAP/Microsoft AX/Oracle).
