Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle complaints in his zone.
- Keep office record and maintain all office correspondence with head office after approval on zonal in charge/Assistant Manager.
- Must have knowledge of company products so that He/She can handle customer inquiries and respond to customer questions in the best possible manner.
- To communicate and coordinate with colleagues for smooth functioning routine work.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Visit customer’s site and resolve their issues and claims.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer processes.
- In case of emergency, Zonal in Charge can assign him at customer Site.
