Location: Rawalpindi

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle complaints in his zone.
  • Keep office record and maintain all office correspondence with head office after approval on zonal in charge/Assistant Manager.
  • Must have knowledge of company products so that He/She can handle customer inquiries and respond to customer questions in the best possible manner.
  • To communicate and coordinate with colleagues for smooth functioning routine work.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Visit customer’s site and resolve their issues and claims.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer processes.
  • In case of emergency, Zonal in Charge can assign him at customer Site.
