Job Title: Assistant Manager Training & Development (Sales)
A.M. Training & Development (Sales) will responsible to design & implement training programs for our sales team and dealer network, driving business growth and achieving targets through skill development, process improvement & strategic marketing initiatives
Role Description:
- Conduct periodic training need analysis to align with business objectives.
- Develop training calendars and content for sales zones and the dealer network.
- Design and facilitate customized training modules for employees and intermediaries
- Enhance backend processes to improve decision-making and performance
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and corporate events for dealers
- Develop and implement brand growth and promotional plans
- Conduct feasibility studies for new large-scale shops
- Resolve issues between furniture makers and dealers
- Assist management with additional sales and marketing tasks as needed
Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification
Relevant Experience: 4-5 years in a sales capability or training role, preferably in a product-based industry
