WE’RE HIRING! Financial Controller
The position is responsible for smooth operations of accounts and finance functions of the company. This position is also responsible for strict adherence to accounting principles. Developing & maintaining practices & procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Role Description:
- Liaison with all other finance and accounts heads to support overall corporate goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze departmental work to develop more efficient procedures.
- Obtain & maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting & general ledger structure of group companies.
- Respond to inquiries from the higher management regarding financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
- Ensure smooth and timely coordination of year-end external audits.
- Formulate annual budgets & forecasts of group companies & present it to the higher management for approval.
- Ensure that monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supervise letter of credit documentation & process to ensure timely completion of import & export transactions.
- Authorize cash flow statements and present it to senior management with commentary.
- Controlling Cash Flow (Inward & Outward) to ensure its availability for making timely payments and investment.
- Prepare financial modeling for new projects feasibility as and when required.
- Authorize all tax calculations and returns in the best interest of the company.
- Revise KPIs of reporting staff at the start of every quarter.
- Develop a successor for himself and successors for his immediate subordinates.
- Any other task assigned by the management regarding accounts and finance from time to time.
Qualification: CA Qualified – Associate Chartered Accountant
Relevant Experience: 10 to 12 Years of relevant experience

The role focuses on generating & converting leads into sales through cold calling, presenting products to prospects, and maintaining a leads database. Key tasks include coordinating with the sales team for timely deliveries, identifying cross-sell opportunities, handling inquiries, managing daily sales data, and using CRM tools.
Role Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling.
- Contact prospective customers to present our product range, understand their requirements, and propose suitable products.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches that highlight the benefits and features of our products, aligning with the client’s needs & preferences.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Coordination with sales team to ensure timely delivery to customer and close the sale.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to meet the customer needs.
- Maintain data of sales on daily basis.
- Operating CRM when needed to ensure smooth processes.
- Must have knowledge to fetch data from reliable sources for lead generation.
- Handle inbound queries, provide product/service information, and resolve queries.
Qualification: BA, BBA or any other equivalent qualification
Relevant Experience: 03 to 04 years relevant experience
