Job Title: Key Customer Experience Manager
The Key Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences for key accounts and high-value clients. This role involves developing and executing strategies to elevate customer satisfaction, managing relationships with top clients, and overseeing the entire customer journey to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Role Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
- Oversee the customer journey to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.
- Create and execute strategies to enhance the overall customer experience for top clients.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience for top clients.
- Create and manage loyalty programs to engage and retain key customers.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and experience.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates on customer experience metrics and progress toward goals.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by key clients promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Foster a customer-centric culture and drive initiatives that prioritize client success.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize the customer journey by identifying and addressing friction points.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: 8 to 10 Years in customer experience management or client relations.
