We are Hiring Senior Manager – Operational Excellence

We are looking for:
A competent individual responsible to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing site through Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives, enhancing productivity, process efficiency, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality standards.
Eligibility:
- B.E. in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a strong focus on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization, and performance improvement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
