Maria B. Designs (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Head of Retail Sales. The incumbent should have bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies from reputed institute.
He should be able to:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
· Monitor and analyze day-to-day sales performance of all (30+) retail outlets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
· Maintain a high level of customer service standards, addressing any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop promotional campaigns and optimize product placement.
· Prepare and present regular reports on retail performance, including sales metrics, inventory levels, and customer feedback, to senior management.
