Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / BBA (Hons) in Sales & Marketing with 7-8 Years of Sales Experience (Paint Industry)
- Based on the job need preference will be given to candidates from Paint Industry specifically
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the region
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and providing leadership to the sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
