Location: LuckyOne Powerhouse – Karachi
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions from audits and inspections.
- Report unsafe acts, conditions, and incidents for corrective measures.
- Conduct risk assessments in process areas and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop, review, and update HSE management plans, policies, and procedures in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain a legal register to comply with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to develop HSE procedures under the guidance of Head HSE.
- Coordinate HSE induction processes for new employees and ensure safety awareness.
- Conduct HSE training and awareness programs.
- Assist in budget management and procurement for HSE projects.
- Design and manage data for corporate reports and presentations.
- Support safety suggestion programs (CSS, QCC, Kaizen).
- Manage third-party inspections of cranes, lifting equipment, safety tools, and environmental monitoring parameters.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by HOD.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- 05-06 years of experience in manufacturing or Power generation setup
- Masters/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental Sciences)
- NEBOSH IGC, Lead Auditor Certified ISO 14001 & 45001, Fire & Safety, IOSH
