Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an HSE Training Officer for its Polyester Business based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the HSE business plan by conducting operational audits, fire drills, and maintaining compliance records.
- Develop and deliver HSE induction training for employees, contractors, and apprentices, ensuring training materials and records are updated.
- Plan and conduct refresher training for emergency responders, incident managers, SCBA users, and first aiders.
- Assist with ISO standards implementation (ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015), including internal audits and compliance follow-ups.
- Conduct monthly BBS and PTW audits, track corrective actions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support ISO coordinators in maintaining QMS documentation and preparing for external audits.
- Coordinate environmental compliance, including stack monitoring and reporting with third-party labs and regulatory authorities.
- Organise HSE events and campaigns, such as HSE week and earth day, to promote a strong safety culture within the organisation.
- Facilitate housekeeping audits and manage HSE awards ceremonies.
