Ismail Industries Limited is looking for an Senior Head of Production to Lead our Production team for our new plant of Bisconni in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading technological innovations, and process improvements, and ensuring that products meet regulatory and customer requirements. If you have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience in risk assessment and compliance, this opportunity is for you!
Qualification & Skills:
- International experience in production management, preferably in multiple markets or regions.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 20+ years overall experience, 10+ years of international experience in production management, preferably in FMCG (biscuits and confectionery).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO, etc.).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of production cost control and operational efficiency.
