Key Job Description:
• Monitoring and smooth sailing of clearing unit ensuring all BAUs related to clearing unit are done in a timely and efficient way
• Monitoring of Switch Dispute Resolution Unit to ensure that all tasks are being performed in line of procedural guidelines and SOPs of 1LINK
• Coordination with SBP and Clearing Bank for settlement related queries
• Ensure all reports are timely and accurately reported, and provided to concerned stakeholders
• Prepare policy guidelines for 1LINK’s member banks regarding clearing and dispute resolution
• Prepare service level agreements regarding settlement and dispute resolution
• Ensure upgradation of all operations related systems
• Update SOPs and ensure business continuity for smooth business as usual of Clearing and Dispute Resolution Unit
• Coordinate with Regulator in pertaining matter and annual audit
• Coordination with Risk Management Unit for PCI-DSS annual audit with respect to Ops dept.

• Establish relationship and work closely with assigned member banks.
• Coordinate with IT team to provide seamless services to member banks.
• Formulate sales plan that incorporate initiatives in identifying and gaining new businesses and maximizing growth within the existing banks to achieve required targets

Position: Deputy Manager – Bill Payment Services
Qualification: BBA / Masters (Preferred) from HEC recognized university

Key Job Description:
• Management of client services, build and maintain strong relationships with new, pipelined and live billers
• Identify, review and analyze issues and queries of billers and for billers from member banks and respond to them in a timely manner, in line with applicable regulations, SOC and SOPs
• Build, influence and uphold positive, valuable and congenial relationships with key client contacts
• Strategize and structure plans to derive budgeted revenue and increase profitability
• Identify, prospect & capitalize opportunities with defined customer segments
• Ensure preparation and maintenance of business proposals for all BPS clients (new and pipeline)
• Build strong rapport with Business stakeholders and manage expectations regarding delivery and scope with relevant stakeholders
