As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process as a talent advisor
• Be responsible for finding best in class talent to deliver against business needs
• Source passive talent and create talent pipelines for key retail roles across business
• Deliver brand-worthy candidate experiences
• Build, grow and leverage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
We’d love to hear from people with:
• Graduation or Master Degree with Human Resource Management Majors
• Three or more years Retail Recruiting Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment
• Hand-on experience on use of hiring tools
• Strong Street Head Hunting Skills
