Job Title: Merchandiser – Home Textile

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for home textile products.
• Coordinate with production, dyeing, printing, finishing, and stitching teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Handle buyer communication, order confirmations, follow-ups, and routine updates.
• Prepare costings, maintain order files, update ERP systems, and manage all related documentation.
• Monitor order progress, identify risks or delays, and take proactive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Support sample development, approvals, and pre-production processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Sciences, Supply Chain, or BBA.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in home textile merchandising.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of home textile products and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
