Looking for Front Desk Officers (receptionist). Location is Karachi, Zamzama. Should be flexible with shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Performs any other work assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as front desk representative for atleast 2 years.
  • Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Well-groomed, with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Should be available in different shifts.
